Next day he thought that he should read the books in his house or go to the library .For
today he didn’t want to bring that girl back just yet because he had things to do before
leaving and that was studying.
First he decided to finish all of the books in the workroom it had the most books with magic knowledge in it and knowledge about the world .He could now freely access them so he started reading. After 14 hours of reading his bracelet gave him a signal to his mind.

By reading books he got a level up in his bookworm skill that was good.
By the way how the level system works is that every rank when it reaches level 10 it ranks up and gets stronger.
The ranks are Beginner->intermediate->Advanced->Expert->Master
After master the ranks will stop that means that the skill is fully learned and mastered.
Mother explained that for a person who devotes his whole life on one skill needs 6 years for the
master level she also said she doesn’t know anyone reaching master stage with any skill because after you reach the advanced stage it is almost impossible to reach expert level because of how low the experience gets.
He was surprised at that once again most of his skills are all mastered or at least on expert level
he trained those skills for 37 years 20 years of blacksmithing got him to expert level 1 before he died it seemed.
And for the other skills he had already trained them since he was little and he never stopped at that.
Now that i think about it i never dated someone nor kissed anyone hell i didn’t even hold hands….
This sudden realization made him frown but still.

In his whole life he never dated a girl before so he wasn’t sure. He didn’t get nervous being with them in his tournaments he sometimes needed to beat a girl so he wasn’t shy either because of his observation skills of others he could make a fairly good impression to most of the people he meets.
The next day he did the same thing and got another 2 levels in the bookworm skill.
For the last 2 days all he did was reading .He finished all of the books in the workroom
and memorized them completely from beginner to master level magic theory he understood
everything and also read some history books story books and some other books with strange
languages that he couldn’t quite make out he thought for a second that those weird characters would start moving again but in vain .When he asked his mother he soon found out that it was the language of the beast race so he skipped those books what else he got was a lot of wisdom endurance and intelligence the total amount of books in the room was 13000 for small a room it had a lot of books anyways he had knowledge now he needed practice to use that knowledge to test that he memorized all of the books .He asked his mother to test his knowledge by giving him a test his mother being a master magician he thought it would be a good opportunity after all.
The result of the test was that he aced all of the answers
his mother hugged and kissed him out of excitement even more of course she was surprised but she didn’t care much because she knew that Damon only read the books in the workroom for 2 days straight.
After he was allowed to go he figured that he should get the girl now he at some point
realized that he didn’t know her name lars must have forgotten telling him .Damon decided to
visit him one more time and ask.
As he left to the corridor he saw the door on the end of the corridor was still locked.
Damon didn’t give much attention to that room lately he even forgot to ask his mother
so he asked her.
-Mom
-yes sweetie
She smiled while answering him.
-what is in the room in the end of the corridor i never once walked inside..
When i said that her face made that confused look as if she didn’t know what i was talking
about and then she made a face as if remembering something and made a wryly smile
-Damon that door mother almost forgot already it was the room your father used once upon a
time when he died i didn’t know what to do so i left it how it was untouched and locked it.
From the tone I could hear mother speak i could see that she was in pain she still seemed to
love him even thought it has been 300 years but i won’t ask further but still
i need to see that room.As i thought that mother spoke first.
-If you want to see the room i bring you the key wait a minute
Damon was a little surprised but mother probably figured that some day he would eventually ask about it and she couldn’t just go against it because he had the right to see it.
After couple of minutes she came back with a black key that had a weird shape she gave it to Damon and said.
-you can take whatever is in that room if you want okey
-yes
I took the key and headed straight to the room looking closer you can see symbols or more
precise seals in the wood the door couldn’t be lock picked nor broken apart easily it was good and secured with magic seals around the corners.
Damon opened the door and the first thing he saw was a bed for one person.
The window was covered by sheets making the room darker it was already 7:00 in morning. He approached the window taking the sheets and letting light in and sothe whole room it was now more lighter and so damon looked around.
At first what he thought was that this room didn’t have as many books in it then the other ones
it was a neat room with a bed a window a work table with shelves attached to it and some books
some pictures on the walls and a wardrobe it was normal looking and neat.
He inspected the table first .The table had 4 drawers on each side and on top there was a envelope with a strange seal on it Damon knew that seal from one of the magic books it was a open specific seal that activates only for the person who it is meant for it .If opened by force the envelope would burn down .The envelope knows the individual by touch so when damon picked up the envelope and saw the seal he panicked but luckily the seal recognized him so he thought that was right.
When he opened the envelope it contained a letter and a key.The key was probably meant for the drawer on the right but the letter first.
Dear White or Damon if you read this letter you will know that i am no more i wrote this in case
i would die.Well i am writing this right now in the army tent the other troops are coming near and I must get ready this letter is here because i wanted to tell you about Damon or yourself if you are Damon who ever this letter may come to. You must know that each demon has its own power that power is unique in its own sense and if you or he/she turns 6 he/she will acquire that power but not right away you need the trigger for it its called a soul stone it has the ability to bring your demonic powers out but beware you will not be able to control it right away so be careful i cant write any more the troops are getting near if i die my soul will be transferred to the soul stone and my soul will become one with the stone this is the only thing i can do for you i will now teleport this envelope and if i come home save yeah i hope i come home save i love you my son i love you white take good care and live happy ever after.
A tear dropped from my eye i didn’t know why because the letter was this good ?
Even thought when i knew he was dead i didn’t feel much but in the end he was a good guy
i should probably give this letter to mother.
I had the key and opened the drawer in it there was a purple stone the size of a tennis ball
it emitted light the letter said i need to touch it to get the powers so i got slowly close
to the stone and suddenly the stone started to shine more and more covering my body in light
and then the light disappeared the stone no longer emitted light it looked like any other stone and then.

Damon has just acquired a incredible skill that allows him to store items and teleport but for now he has no time for it.
Damon left to the workroom where his mother was and gave her the letter she looked surprised
getting the letter she asked question first but Damon didn’t answer and left the house when he was leaving the house a slow weeping was starting and in the end he could hear someone crying in the house as he made his way to the battle school.
